Gutted - Disney t-shirt related :sad1:

Hi again, It will be tomorrow before I do the big wardrobe clear out (it needs a big title because its a mammoth task!) but I will reply asap as to if its here - Im 90% certain it is cause the last four bags to go to the charity bin are still in the downstairs hot press!!

Thanks so much Kizzabel, that's really very kind of you. Sounds like a mammoth task though and I feel bad that you have to look through so much stuff, I don't want to put you to all that trouble. Please don't worry, **Clare** is going to DLP on Monday and has kindly said she'll look out for one for me.
:thanks:

Gosh I hope this isnt too late. I couldnt find it anywhere. It must have already been put in the charity bin. It was a huge task but I needed a little push to sort through DDs wardrobe so thanks!! :lmao: I feel better after that little clear out :thumbsup2

On the upside I found a disney princess swimming togs which was never worn, if you would like me to post it on to you PM me your address. I'm posting a few bits Tuesday so I can pop it in the post then. It purple and is size 5T and came back from the US from her godmother but was too small for her when it arrived. It has Belle, Aurora and Cinderella on it.

Hi Kizzabel, not its not too late, it's tomorrow I leave :goodvibes How kind of you to look, I know what these tasks are like and have been avoiding it for too long myself :scared1: I'll hopefully be able to get OP a new tee while I'm there.

Awwww, Kizzabel, I really appreciate you having looked for me, it's really kind of you. Sounds like a job well done on the wardrobe front!

The princess top sounds fab, if you're sure you're happy to pass it on I know my DD would love it, will keep it well away from nursery though!!!! Will PM my address to you now. Thanks so much x

Thanks again for doing this for me **Clare**. Please don't worry if you can't track one down though. Hope you're all packed and I'm sure I'm not the only one who is a little bit envious! Have a fab time! :yay:

Don't you just hate that, my dd had a beautiful Hello Kitty Tee, which she got chocolate sauce down.

She wears it, but I can still see the mark, grrrrr.

We go first week in July, if you are not sorted out, let me know.

Is the t shirt white? if it is and that is where the mark is use some domestos bleach. It works I did the same on my England rugby shirt & it came out without ruining it. Put a little on a cotton tip:thumbsup2

If its not white then I wouldn't try it.

Yes it is white, I hadn't thought of doing that, sounds dramatic, but nothing to lose really.

Thanks

Another "nothing to lose" suggestion: my DS had some strange marks on his school shirt (not paint though, I think) which refused to come out after all the usual attempts. I then put in a bucket with a Vanish powder solution and meant to leave it for 12 hours (already longer than recommended) but forgot all about it for a couple of days. With trepidation I pulled out the shirt after this time expecting it to fall apart but it was perfect and the marks had disappeared! Worth a try perhaps?

I have two very messy little boys who love to paint themselves at nursery rather than the paper and have always found the best thing to remove the paint is alcohol based anti-bacterial handwash - the stuff they use at festivals and in hospitals that you can use to clean your hands without actually washing them. It works on so many types of stain.

I tried that, although only left it a couple of hours. Problem is, it is black and white stripes, the mark is on the white bit.

Going to try the bleach first. Like the alcohol wash idea. DD came home with glue on her skirt, some bright spark thought it funny to put glue on the chair (probably watching too many cartoons), I couldn't get it out and it was covered, so threw it in the bin. Maybe that would have worked

By the way, if you don't get your replacement Tee, let me know, we go next weekend.
