Gusto Wine Bar coming to Epcot's Italy

We got some cool info about a new wine bar coming to Epcot's Italy! I'm guessing it will be unveiled when Tutto Italia comes out of refurb in April, but can't be certain. It will be called Gusto Wine Bar and will look like an Italian wine cellar

I must say, this announcement has made my upcoming June trip one of the most anticipated of my life. I love wine, I love the Italian pavillion, and after seeing the Tequila bar in Mexico, I instantly thought of how great it was if Disney had a wine-centric place for adults to enjoy.

My only concern is that the wine is sub par or drastically (ie, more than 200% markup) overpriced. Hopefully they will take this seriously, and have bottles and options at all price points, rather than a limited selection. Italy is the perfect selection, as it probably has the greatest price/quality ratio of any wine region in the world.

Can't wait to spend some quality time here hiding from the summer sun.

My sentiments exactly. I have no problem paying $10-15 for a glass of wine, but it better be something unique and of above average quality. It probably won't happen, but it would be nice to see the major regions represented with some smaller, lesser known vineyards offered by the glass. But at the very least it should have the potential to be a great place to close out the day. Cin Cin!
