Gurgling Suitcase

I was reading a Disney Food Blog article about menu updates to the Gurgling Suitcase. It stated TIW wasn’t accepted at GS. Is that accurate?

That seems odd. While I've never actually ordered anything at Gurgling Suitcase, they also are the bar for Olivia's, you can order drinks with Olivia's meals, and Olivia's takes TiW.
I'm guessing it is an error, and maybe they meant to say that Gurgling Suitcase doesn't take any of the DIsney Dining Plans for the food they serve. But again, that is just a guess.

It has worked at GS for us. We grab some frozen drinks and hit the pool .We will be there in a just over a week.

Its not real big, sits off of the quick service. Has a few tables. Our last visit I will say that they gave the worst service we’ve ever had at WDW.
