If you look at the back, most gum has 2-3g of carbs in them. Now, this is in the form of sorbitol with most 'sugar free' gums, so it depends on if you count those carbs or not.
I do count ALL carbs, not net carbs, so I count gum as 2 or 3 carbs. But if you don't, then it could be zero carbs. Make sense?
