Gulliver's, anyone?

Has anyone ever eaten at Gulliver's - which I think is at the Swan/Dolphin Resort?

if its the restaurant in the swan/dolphin that has a breakfast buffet w/charcters it was one of the best breakfast buffets i had in WDW. Everything was extremely freash, not overcrowded, and it is the best thing about the swolphin.
