I have a friend and we had been friends for a while. He had been flirting with me but when people asked him who he liked or if he liked me he would say no i don't like her or i don't like anyone. Well we got into an argument because he was calling me really bad names and i wouldn't put up with it. Well word got to him that i was upset and well he didn't want to be friends anymore. I didn't really care as long as he stopped calling me names. Well for the past week or so he has been really nice to me and i don't know why. I ask him why r u so nice all of a sudden and he says "Oh so you don't want my friendship, huh?" Is he messing with me or is he feeling guilty of what he did or something else.

To me, I know i'm only in the 6th grade, but it sounds like hes guilty of what he did

He got over whatever was bothering him. It's up to you whether you have him as a friend again. Keep replying that way, and eventuall he'll resent you for good, or get over whatever was bothering you and be friends again, leaving what happened behind you.

I don't know why I type so much, no one reads my posts. I think it's because I don't use enough emoticons.

i read everyone's posts!!!-unless there is 700 posts then I skip to the last 5 pages......

but yea he is probably feeling guilty so i say 4give & 4get.

he might feel bad....i mean he probly still likes you....i've been through the same situation

I have almost the same problem i like my best friend who is a guy. and he knows it. he says he likes me too he just can't date me. he dosn't want to lose me. so i think he was afriad to admit to his feelings and now that he know what it is like with out u he misses u. hope that helps u.

p.s. maybe u should give him another chance u never know what can happen!

Here's how I'd explain it... Guys at this age want hot slutty girls and im guessing your more of the cute and mysterious or cute and crazy as opposed to hot&wild. He hasn't realized that one-night stands are meaningless and end up actually hurting you... give him time... which could mean weeks, months, or even years. And if he never does mature I'm sorry, you'll have to find a new friend :sad2:

This is another way of saying no... I've used it twice and got screwed over worse than if I had just said yes. I'm so dumb *sigh*
