I've finally purchased my first contract via resale and now want to add 25 points directly. I did receive the letter with my membership number but I'm not sure who my guide is. How do I find this out so I can contact them about the 25 points?

Just call the MS number, tell them you want to add-on and that you need a guide.

Wait until your account is fully set up and you have complete access. Also make sure that they process the new contract as an add-on and that your paperwork is correct and that your deeded ownership and UY matches your resale purchase. Our last add-on direct purchase they processed as a new member, new account. They had to cancel the purchase and start over with new contracts.
