Guide book recommendations

Morning.
I thought I should order one of the guide books and narrowed it down to two. Bob Sehlinger's unofficial guide or the Brit Orlando guide by Simon and Susan Verness.
Which is best for tips on all parks including universal plus planning, dining, characters etc.

I've had the Brits guide several times in the past and have liked it's style and layout. I'm looking to buy a new one in preparation for our trip next year so I'll be interested in peoples feedback

The Brits guide is probably the better of the 2 as it covers all the Orlando attractions.

The Unoffical guide contains a lot of information but only for Disney.

The unofficial guide does have some Universal info in it, but it does mainly focus on Disney. We do really like the unofficial guide and will get the latest one for our next trip.

Brits Guide every time. !! We've bought it every time we've been. The authors used to be very active on DIS ! It's like having a DIS board community in your pocket. Lots of the tips in the book are from people on here.

Not true - the Unofficial Guide has loads of non-Disney stuff - lots for Universal and Sea World. Beats the Brit Guide hands down for me. The Brit Guide is glossier, but if you are after the truth about stuff, the Unofficial Guide can't be beaten. Personally I buy both, but if I had to choose one, it would be the UG.
