Guests on our Points and ME?

We have several families staying in different rooms on our points (and one a cash ressie with our discount). Everyone is arriving at different times and different airlines.

Do I have to call to make all the ME arrangements or can each family call themselves if they have the confirmation number? We have never used ME, as we usually rent a car. What info do you need to provide?

The owner needs to make all arrangements with MS.
You need to provide the same info that is on the ressie along with the flight info. We add ME when we make our resort ressie. Last I heard a Member could not use their cash discount for someone else. Good Luck.

I have always used the Members site for ME reservations, and there has never been a problem. I ask my family/friends to foward their info to me.
