Guests at Windsor Hills?

Anyone know if we are allowed to have guest while staying at Windsor Hills? I don't mean to use the ammenities but to have a friend over for dinner at the house? I wasn't sure about this since there is a guard at the gate so how would they get it? Should I check with the owner first to make sure it is ok to have a guest?

Check with the owner, I'm sure it will be fine (I certainly wouldn't object). Your guest will just need to tell the guard that they are visiting current guests who are staying on site (they might ask for the address so make sure you provide this for them).

Yes, you can have guests, but do check with the owner to make sure it's not something prohibited in the rental agreement. The guardhouse will ask them for the address of the property, whom they're visiting, and take down their driver's license / license plates while visiting and issue them a vehicle pass. It's not something the resort prohibits though!
