Guest using Sparklers on 4th of July night!

On this past 4th of July night we saw some lady with sparkles at MK - all lit up and emitting sparks. There were dead ones on the ground so it looked like she had brought a box full. It was after the big firework show and we were walking through tomorrowland and saw some lady sitting on a bench twirling sparklers. A cast member walked by and didn't say anything. Seems to me that security should have found those when the lady went through the bag checks.

Did anyone else see this or has anyone experienced seeing something like this before. I was quite shocked that she was getting away with it and no one was stopping her.

there was someone using them at the Poly that night also. they were on the grassy hill area, and they didn't look like they were guests of the hotel either.
