Guest showing up twice on MDE

My mom was looking over our plans for our upcoming trip this weekend, and someone in our group is listed twice on MDE, so it's saying we have 8 guests instead of 7. It's messing up all of our Fps. She can't figure out how to remove the extra one. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi. We had this happen about 2 months ago. The Disney technical team was able to fix it but it took a few weeks. They called it "ghosting". Ours happened with 1 person and 1 of 4 hotel reservations.

I started a thread but will hitchhike on this one if you have a extra person on your MDE any way to remove them

I called the MDE tech help and they fixed it in under a minute. My whole party was doubled and they consolidated everything under the original names. Easy! Good luck!

Happened to me too. I changed the name to INACTIVE INACTIVE to stop the confusion (because I couldn't be bothered to ring up and get it fixed!)
