Is Guest Services in the terminal or on the ship?

Is registration for the Oceaneers Club in the terminal or on the ship?

...And registration for Oceaneers can be done in the terminal until 2:30pm, after that it's on the ship...deck 5.

And pre-reg can be done on line in advance but you'll still have to finalize it either in the terminal or on the ship.

I think once you board, after you pass the CMs that's announcing your name, it will be on your RIGHT....

If you register online, the check in process for the kids club is very quick at the port, otherwise you can check them in later, once you're on the ship. We are usually at the terminal early, so there is never a line to register the kids.

Unfortunately, the DCL website only gives me the option for registering for the nursery. I guess it's because my daughter was only 2 when we booked? I was hoping the option would appear after her birthday, but it didn't.

3 yos are not automatically able to register for the OC because they want to make sure that they are completely PTd and able to take care of themselves before letting them sign up for the OC. You will have to do that on the ship.

oh, that makes sense! Thanks!!

what all is involved with "registering" a child? And who all needs to be registered by a parent?

We are on a 7 day magic, western if it matters, in Sept 2009.

We have a DS6 adn a DD4 who I am guessing both need to be signed in and out by us. Is there a lengthy form or something I could do ahead on the DCL site? And then the pager thingy.

Also have a DD14 and DS17 at time of cruise. Do they need to be registered somehow for the stack? And again, lengthy form or just a paper to sign off on? No pagers here?! My teens have cell phones(but not on the cruise!) which they call Mom's electronic leashes so I know they are hoping for no pagers! :rotfl:

We are sailing GTY so I would have no cabin info to put down yet or anything?

You will be able to register your two younger kids online at your resie date of 75 days prior to the cruise. The older two will not need to be registered. Their names will be on a list and they will just need to check in that first day when they go and meet the CMs in the Stack. You will pick a password to be used to check both of them in or out and assign who is permitted to do this. At the terminal you just sign a form saying that they can charge your card with around $200 if you do not turn the pager back in at the end of the cruise.
