Guest Services chat on app still?

We last sailed in 2021, and you could chat with Guest Services on the app then. Is that still a thing? Can you still book port adventures/activities on the app while onboard?

The guest service chat function is no longer available in the app - you now must stand in line or call from the room phone

Isn't the appointment function still there? It was on our last cruise on the Fantasy.
