Where can i write an email to praise a cast member?
Last night when making some modifications to my reservation, I had a wonderful cast member assisting me. I just want to send an email praising him. Last week when i called, I had a very unhelpful and rude cm on the phone. I think that it is important to praise the ones that do a great job, and really show that they have pride in their work. Sometimes I won't think anything of it if I am calling late and end up speaking to someone who isn't that helpful. It's late and they are tired and at the end of their shift. But even though it was late (and our conversation ran past 10pm), the CM was very helpful. You could tell by the way that he spoke about the different things around disney that he was really doing something that he enjoyed.
Does anyone know what that email is?? just want to sprinkle some pixie dust back his way.
