Guest Relations window hours

Does anyone know the hours of the Guest Relations window in the Esplanade? We need to have an AP replaced and want to do it the night before when we arrive but wondering what time they close.

The won't do AP stuff there anymore, they'll direct you to the ticket booths. They're open park hours.

So in order to cash in my AP vouchers, I need to go to a ticket booth in the morning, right? Would they be open an hour before the park opens?

The ticket booths are open 30 minutes to 1 hour before the Parks open, and stay open for 1 hour after the last Park closes.

Is your voucher the printable kind you print at home that has a barcode on it? If so, you can go to straight to the main entrance in the morning and they will give you a day pass. Sometime within that day you can go to the ticket booths to get your actual annual pass and have your picture taken. If you do this, you will not be able to use the AP discounts until you get the actual pass.
