Guest Relations/Ticket ?

Not sure where to post this, but does anyone know if the guest relations at the resorts can tell you how many days are left on a previously purchased ticket, or do we need to go to the entrance of one of the parks?

I'm trying to save a trip to the park on arrival day, if possible.

Yes, the resort Guest Service desk can tell you how many days are left on each ticket.
