Guest Relations Hours

I want to confirm that guest relation hours are until park close. So if Epcot closes at 10:00, would the guest relations at the international gateway be open until 10:00 pm? We need to discuss DAS with guest relations and would prefer to do this on arrival day before our first park day (which will probably be AK--so super early). However, we won't arrive until 8:00 pm and staying at CB. I don't want to Skyliner over if the international gateway will be closed.

In case this plan doesn't work, what time does guest relations open in the morning at the parks? Do they wait until official park opening or are they open earlier? Like if we arrive at AK at 7:15 (hopefully can get family up in time ) for an 8:00 am opening, can we use guest relations outside the park or will we need to wait until 8:00?

I realize that what normally happens could be different on any given day but just looking for what typically happens.

I cannot speak to this issue in every park, but we were able to meet Guest Relations close to park closings hours at AK and MK. Our trip was a little over a month ago.

We didn't visit Guest Relations at parking opening. But, there were Blue Shirts at EP (IG), HS and AK at RD.

Guest Relations should be open at all times that a guest is allowed into the park. So as long as you arrive at the IG entrance before the 10pm close, you should be able to get DAS. Alternatively, in the morning Guest Relations will be open at the IG before official park opening -- probably 45-60 minutes prior based on recent reports of when guests are allowed to enter the parks in the AM.
