Guest Relations Hours at MK Window

Does anyone know what time the guest relations window opens at MK on an EMH day(the one outside the park entrance)? We are hoping to go to morning EMH at MK on our first day, but need to activate our DVC AP's at a guest service location before we can enter the parks. It is a 9 am park open with 8 am EMH.

We arrive late the night before, so activating somewhere else is not an option.

Or maybe someone who is there and attending EMH could glance when they arrive to see if it's open???
