Where at Disney Springs is Guest Relations located?
What ramp would be closest to park at?
I want to stop by and activate my AP before checking into our hotel. I remember doing this the last time we were there, but I can't recall how to get there or where it's located.

Thanks!

Behind Zara and next to Blaze Pizza. To the left of the welcome center. Lime garage would be the closest. From lime garage, Take a left at the fountain, right at Zara, then the next left and it will be on your left.

Here’s the map. Both the Disney Ticket Center next to Blaze Pizza and GR at the Welcome Center next to D-Luxe Burger can activate your AP.
Most days, Guest Relations at DS redirects people to the Ticket Center to activate their APs.

We've always gone to the DS TICKET Center.

Is there a particular reason you want to do this before hitting a park? It would be easiest to just wait until you go to a park rather than making a special stop.

@OKW Lover based on the post from @h&D3 it looks like they want their AP activated to confirm the AP rate before checking in to their hotel without any issues and be prepared for Rope drop at the parks.

Dave, you are correct. I always get my AP activated before we check into our hotel - that way it's also ready to go when we hit the parks the next day.DAK.png

For those of us that have to prove residency to activate our AP, doing it at the park is time consuming and often has required a supervisor to be brought in. It is much easier to go to Disney Springs Ticket Center where everyone is highly trained and efficient.

I 2nd this! We were in and out in under 5 minutes. Easiest ticket activation, ever
