Guest Relations at International Gateway

It's hard to believe that five years ago we began our love affair with Walt Disney World! We are leaving tomorrow and driving from just north of Toronto. Upon arrival we will be having dinner at Cape May Café, but I need to purchase a new TIW card beforehand. Can I purchase one at the International Gateway entrance to Epcot? We won't be checking into AKV until after dinner, so I figure it will be easiest to park at BC, and walk over to the Gateway before our reservation. Thanks!!
