Guest relations at EPCOT (Int'l Gateway entrance?)

Is there a guest relations office at the back gate to EPCOT? We check in on Thursday and I need to activate an AP and purchase one for my DD9 (get it before she's 10 logic ) I spoke with a CM at CR and she said that she thought that there was one but I always like to "ask the experts"

You can do it at any ticketing/guest relations location at the parks, including the one at the entrance to EPCOT.

Yep, there is a Guest Relations booth on the right hand side of the International Gateway entrance into Epcot. They can do it for you there. Just remember to take your DL. Takes less than about 2 minutes to do!
