Guest relations at Epcot/Boardwalk

is there a guest relations location on the Boardwalk side where I can activate military tickets prior to entering the park? The map I saw looks like there is one, but I wanted to be sure for planning purposes.

There is a Guest Relations at the International Gateway that can do anything the front Guest Relations can do.

Yup, we did that exact thing -- activate our military salute tickets at the International Gateway -- on our last visit when we stayed at Beach Club.
