Guest Relations at DTD

Wasn't sure in which forum to post this question, but does anyone happen to know the hours of operation for guest relations at Downtown Disney?

Marketplace Location : Next to Once Upon a Toy

Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday
8:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Friday - Saturday

West Side Location : Adjacent to Pleasure Island, near AMC Theaters

Hours: 9:30am to 11:45pm

Can they activate my play 4 days vouchers from AAA? Then we could just go right on in the next morning without messing with this. It would be 8pm or so when we got there.
