guest communication response?

Does anybody know how long it take to get reply from guest communication e-mail? I sent them Oct 10th but no reply yet...

30 days is much too long to not receive a response from any company's service department. I would follow up with them immediately with another e-mail (just to be sure you have the right one and that your system is communicating with theirs) and then a phone call.
