I did this one with Excel XP. What do you think? I can go to Hobby Lobby or any craft store and get blank hard plastic name tags then adhere these to them. Then I can spray it with a gloss coat to make it shine and look professionally done.

That's if I cant get a GoH badge from Days of Christmas.

Very impressive. But, depending on how you intend to use them, there are all those pesky trademark and copyright infringement laws that you'll need to deal with.

I am sure if you approach Disney you will be turned down. If it is for your personal use I would just wear them and remove if asked to in the parks.

Oh ... please don't. You will end up with someone in the Legal Department, and it will become a "thing." And this really isn't a big enough deal to have to call Disney and ask for permission. Unless you're planning on mass producing or selling these badges, Disney honestly won't care. But if you call and tell them you're doing it, you open a big ol' can of worms and they HAVE to look into it.

One other thing to remember if you're doing these for your entire family -- while Disney is a very safe place in comparison to most huge tourist destinations, there are still unsavory types about. Little kids with big badges on proclaiming their names need to be aware that just because someone knows their name doesn't mean they should go with them. If you have small children, please make them aware of this if they're going to wear name badges.

And FYI ... by virtue of the fact that you're not in costume, everyone will already know you're a guest!

It doesnt matter about the legality of it. I finally got a hold of Days of Christmas and ordered some from them. They'll be here in about 10 days.

Also, my DD is more mature than most children and she would have to be drugged to decide to go with someone she didnt know. I have also been teaching her martial arts since she was 4. She's 9 1/2 now and could beat the crud out of a grown man. And my DS is too young.
