I need to visit guest services before our park visit, which parks have access to guest services before actually entering the park? I know the MK does for sure, but I am not sure about the others. Thanks for your help!!

I'm pretty sure all of the parks have Guest Relations/Guest Services windows that are before the ticket gates.

All do as well as DTD.

MK: facing the entrance to the right
MK: facing the entrance to the left
DHS: facing the entrance to the left after gift shop before restrooms
Epcot: I'm not sure, I think there's one next to the gift shop on the right

I'm not sure of OP's needs but since the was posted on the disABILITIES forum, I want to point out that while there is Guest Relations at DTD, that location does not handle anything related to DAS. DAS must be obtained from a Guest Relations location at one of the 4 major theme parks, and yes each has a location outside as well as inside.

Besides the fact that the Downtown Disney location does not do anything with DAS (Disability Access Service), I also want to point out that it's posdible the 'outside the park locations' may not be able to help with DAS at certain times.
