Does Universal have a GAC card or something similar for alternative entrances? My hubs has PTSD and can't do waiting que crowds. He panics and goes into flashbacks.

Also, if we get a 2 day pass will that be enough time to ride the rides w this type of assistance card? TIA!

Yes they do. Explain what you need and they will do their best to give the best way to tour given what limitations you have.

Thank him for his service. My DH does not do good in crowds and hates to fly. We eat at off times and stay away when we see crowds. You can also find quiet places all around the parks. We find those places to decompress too.

Yes they do. They will issue a card. You will take that card to the attraction and whatever the wait is the will subtract about 10-15 minutes. Then sign off when you can return and use the express line. :thumbsup2

My son has autism and sensory integration. He gets very anxious and stressed out in long waits with melt downs. Where do we go to get this at US or IOA? He will not ride the thrill rides and prefers the shows and only a few rides line Jurrasic and ET.

you go to guest services and speak with a TM for your request.

Guest services is at both parks, so you can go to either one, and one card will work for both parks.

I have been an annual pass holder for 3 years now, and each visit I go to the guest services first thing, and get my assistance pass. I got diagnosed with a severe panic disorder in 2008, so the pass helps out a lot. Trust me, I know how it is waiting in the long lines with people all around you.

Can you still get a guest assistance pass at Universal? This thread is a little old so I wanted to make sure. Thanks!

Yes, we get them for my autistic daughter every time we go, sometimes we use it very little and sometimes a lot, depends on how she's doing that day whether she can handle waits.
