guesses on dining rotation for Wonder's Southern Caribbean in January?

So I was able to check my reservation on DCL and saw that they have pirate night listed for night 3.

Since the Wonder hasn't done the Southern Caribbean itinerary before, does anyone have a guess as to what the dining rotations & menus will be? I thought that it would be similar to the Alaskan rotations, but with pirate night instead of frozen, but that was on night 4...so now I'm confused. I thought that the 3 standard rotational menus are usually the first 3 nights, but with pirate night on night 3, I'm assuming that won't be the case. any guesses?

Thanks so much,
Jennifer

It will depend on the itinerary a bit. Pirate night tends to be night 4 or 5 on most other Caribbean cruises. They need to be in an area of the ocean that will allow the fireworks to be shot off.

In the past the rotation menu was served in each dining room the first time you are in them. It's possible that nights 2 & 3 you will be assigned to the same dining room (first night rotation menu, second night pirate menu). Then you would get the 3rd MDR rotational menu on night 4 (the first time you are in that dining room).

Typically 7 night cruises have the 3 rotational menus; pirate; Golden Mickeys; Captain's Gala; and Till We Meet Again menus.

Great info! Thanks for your input. It didn't occur to me that nights 2&3 could be in in the same MDR. It will be interesting to find out.

Oh one other question: Is Golden Mickey's show & menu usually on the same night? and is it usually night 2(formal night)?

Thanks again! :)

Has been in the past. If they do that still, then nights 3 & 4 could be repeated in the same dining room (first night pirate menu, second night rotational menu). Then you'd most likely have the rotational menus on nights 1, 4, & 5. Of course, just a guess on my part.

MAYBE looking at the Navigators from the Magic's Southern Caribbean cruises will give you some insight. The itinerary is different but MAY offer a little help.
