Guess our trip was not meant to be.

I had to cancel a week at VWL about 3 weeks ago. I was pretty cross at DS and DH for having too many scheduling issues finally causing me to give up cancel the trip which would have started yesterday (Saturday). Anyway, a week ago I picked up a virus that was going around and thought I had thrown it off. Ended up going to the local walk-in clinic on Thursday because of a pretty bad cough. Turned out the darn virus had morphed into bronchitis, an ear infection and half a step off pneumonia! Got sent home with a carload of medication and lots of doctors orders. No way would I have been able to get on that plane Saturday morning!

Sooo, I guess it wasn't meant to be. I still would have had to cancel and it would have been my fault.

Start working on the next trip.

We've got the same morphing virus in our house. Sneezing, low grade fevers, and now turning to COUGH!! Our youngest on prednisone and hydrocodone. I'm hoping we don't have to do the antibiotics.

Hopefully we'll have it beat in 12 days! I had colds our last two trips to WDW. I'm looking forward to being completely well this time.
