I did the same, I booked thru Cat 12 thru Travelocity. About 2 months before, my cruise, I started calling Travelocity to see if I was upgraded from GTY 12.
While I am on hold,Travelocity, will call Disney, and asks if I have an assigned cabin as of yet.
Finally, about 3 weeks before my cruise, Travelocity was able to give me the room number. It was an upgrade to cat 10. Travelocity didn't realize it was an upgrade, but I did from the room number.
My point, is just because you are booked with a
travel agent, doesn't mean you have to wait till your documents, arrive to find out. Call them, & be pushy & tell them to call Disney. Travelocity was quite helpful, & most of the agents didn't mind calling. (unless you don't want to know, till documents arrive) Can you tell I was quite excited. lol
