Can you make an ADR for the tea in the Garden View Lounge - or is it still first come first served?

You absolutely can make ADR's for the tea at the GF. I highly recommend doing so, as well. We had tea in 2005 and it was very crowded. I don't know if they were able to take any walk-ups.
