Grumpy T-Shirt for MNSSHP

Can someone help me re-create something like this that I can turn into an iron on for DH's MNSSHP t-shirt?

I'll be going as Snow White and wanting something not-to-halloween-y for his "costume"...Im also open to other ideas as well as not sure if this will upset some people? Either that or I will just get a plain T and get some iron on letters to spell out "the prince" instead...

I'm picturing this on a grey tshirt (or sweatshirt depending on if he's usually cold) using the transfers for LIGHT colors (so the white doesn't show) and cut around the border before ironing...that way it looks like an old gym looking tshirt...
