Ordered an iPod nano 4gb in early Nov delivery date 30th Nov - 9th Dec, seemed to be a good acceptble date for Christmas as this was to be a pressie for DH. Get an email today stating another 4 - 6 weeks for delivery!!!! Have looked at other on line places and no stock left now grrrrrrrrrrr Not very happy as have the iPod tubes which initially weren't going to arrive til after Christmas but suddenly turned up last week, a week after ordering!!!

Rant over but still annoyed that the esitmated date has changed with no warning if I had known this back in Nov would of ordered elsewhere.

I do hate it when places do that, i had a similar problem with play.com but the atleast emailed me to say they were having problems and it wouldnt be dispatched!

Amazon did this to me too, with a kiddies trampoline. Now states first week in january. I cancelled and went to Toysrus instead. hope you get the ipod in time,

I had a problem with Star Wars Episode 1 when it came out. I'd preordered it on-line and they ended up with more orders than they could fulfill. Having said that SendIt.Com (formally Blackstar) told me and gave me the option to cancel and try somewhere else rather than wait a few extra days. I kept it on order and when it came they sent me a 3D Star Wars magnet to apologise.

Glad your Ipod problem seems to be sorted - Let us know when it arrives!

Having ordered Swansea Monopoly on November 12th, I noticed today that delivery won't be until AFTER Christmas! How annoying! I wish they'd have kept me informed instead of me having to find out myself.

DD1 is hopefully going to pick it up in Swansea but it means I shan't see it before it goes to my sister.

Last year I pre ordered a PC game for DH from Amazon. Delivery was supposed to be before Christmas, it eventually arrived in....March?!
