Grrrrrr...setting up a VIP Tour complaint.

I have called twice (and left messages) and sent an email asking when we should expect a return call.

We want to do a VIP tour on one of the days we are there. I figure the $$$$ I am saving by not staying at a DHR hotel can be used in other ways.

But I would really like to get a return call to get it set up...grrrrrrrr

Anyone else have this issue?

Oh, I didn't realize you were going so soon! Can't wait to hear about your trip. I am doing that tour next winter break for sure! I made "Discover the Magic" resi's last year without a hitch. Don' t know if it is the same place?
