I just booked - or shall I say double-booked - our stay at the Swan. I was filling out the form, got to the credit card info section, and accidentally hit "enter" instead of "tab." So off my reservation went, incomplete. I hit the 'back' button and finished the form. Of course, I received 2 emails confirming receipt. Hopefully, I'm not the only nitwit to do this and they'll just toss out the first one without too much confusion. 

Both Swan and Dolphin are completely blacked-out for May 20th. I've submitted another request for other WDW resorts.
