Grrrr... I hate when that happens!! (Reservation forms)

I just booked - or shall I say double-booked - our stay at the Swan. I was filling out the form, got to the credit card info section, and accidentally hit "enter" instead of "tab." So off my reservation went, incomplete. I hit the 'back' button and finished the form. Of course, I received 2 emails confirming receipt. Hopefully, I'm not the only nitwit to do this and they'll just toss out the first one without too much confusion. :rolleyes:
 
I understand your frustration. There's almost nothing more frustrating than a computer doing something you don't want it to do. You might want to give the Swan ressie department a call and let them know what happened. If it were me, or for a client of mine, I would definitely call to make sure that they know that I only wanted one ressie...even if the form I sent was incomplete.
 
Thanks for the suggestion Chet. Actually, the DU rep already called me. It took them less than an hour to contact me after submitting my request!! :D Unfortunately, one day, smack in the middle of our stay, is not available due to a convention. :( Both Swan and Dolphin are completely blacked-out for May 20th. I've submitted another request for other WDW resorts.
 
Wow, both the Swan and Dolphin...must be a nice size group. Hope you get what you want for your alternatives!
