grrrr frustrated with windows movie maker

when i try to import i get this error

C:\Documents and Settings\sierra\Desktop\Full metal alchemist - 01[da-anime.org].avi could not be imported. The required codec was not downloaded automatically because the Download codecs automatically check box is not selected in the Options dialog box.

What do i do?
