Grrr... F&W celebrity chef event switch, again

I'm just irritated... I love Food Network and in particular, I love Alex Guarnaschelli, and when I saw that Food and Wine had her listed as a Celebrity Chef for the "What's cooking with..." Event, I knew we needed to go! We planned our week at Disney to make sure we were there Nov 13. (We live in Texas), and on the morning tickets became available, we were up bright and early and paid our $129 plus tax per person (2 of us) and got it!
Well, today is the day! We arrived 15 minutes early and as we are awaiting to be seated, I can see a menu and chef picture at each seat... And it's not Alex!!! It's the Chef they had scheduled for 11/15- Sarah Fioroni!
She was nice enough, and the plate of food (a maple glazed pork belly, a duck egg and cheese tatin, roasted potatoes with wilted greens, fresh fruit, and 2 glasses of wine) was good, but I would have never paid for about $275 for it! Never an apology or explanation from Disney. And my biggest pet peeve was no forewarning. By the time I'm there, it's hard to walk away. I think Disney should have notified us of the change.
This cost nearly as much as our Chefs table with wine pairing at Flying Fish 2 days ago and could not even compare. I'm just disappointed.

Well, that sucks. Sorry for the switch, especially considering the amount of planning you put in. That meal at Flying Fish unfortunately set the bar pretty high for DW and I. We had dinner at Be Our Guest the following night and we were fairly underwhelmed. All in all it was an amazing trip. We're both looking forward to reading your trip report. It was awesome meeting you two. You and Eva are lovely dinner companions!

I hope you've complained in writing and requested a refund. As long as people just let this stuff go, Disney will keep pulling this sort of nonsense. It is NOT okay!
