Grr why can't we book pins online?

I got the 40% off pin this morning and I've now been on hold for 30 minutes waiting to talk to a CM and book a stay! I'd have this done in 10 minutes if they'd let me do it online, but nooooo I must call to use this!

Yes, I'm VERY grateful for the pin code, but it would make my and their lives so much easier if I could do this online!!

Can I ask you if the 40% off pin is for all catogory of rooms, value, mod or deluxe?

yes its good for all levels of resorts value-delux villa. It excludes suites and three bedroom villas tho.

I was on hold 25 minutes, but it was worth the wait. Had an outstanding CM who made it all work for me. The website is often inaccurate, and your session can time out and lose your info.

I ended up having to hang up. My boss called and I had to use the ladies room. ROFL I figure I'll try back during lunch and hope for the best.

I would book online and then call back later this evening when it is not so busy and have them apply the discount code to your existing reservation! Of course, this is assuming there is "room inventory" at your resort for the pin code.

Called back and was able to book. I was going to book WL, but I had her check the price of AKL and decided to go with that! So we're staying 11/18 - 11/21 staying at AKL with a Savannah View, 3 day PH's and QSDP. The price was $625.14 less than the price I was quoted online this morning at rack rate.

I love Disney! LOL

That was a great PIN code - 40% at all resorts!! I only get ones where you save 40% at deluxe resorts, 30% at mods and 20% at value resorts. When you booked this, was it a room only ressie to get the discount?

We need to add another room to our stay of 11/28/10-12/3/10 since we had to cancel 2 studios which we rented points for at BWV w/boardwalk view (we still have our 2-bedroom boardwalk view room, but due to car problems, we had to cancel the 2 studios.)

I was hoping to book a studio at either BWI or BWV or BC using a PIN I got for 40% off deluxe resorts. I can't find that email but know I have it at home somewhere (I hope). I hope I can combine the offers - does anybody know?

I got an offer for 40% off deluxe resorts only plus another offer for free dining through 12/30/10 so not sure if I can combine the two. I have to go back and reread both offers.

This one was good for any resort category, which is rare. I'm a snob though, I haven't stayed anywhere but deluxe, I've spoiled myself and have nobody else to blame. Ok, not entirely true... I'm a child of a resort snob, my dad taught me everything I know. LOL

You can't combine the offers, it's one or the other. For me I usually find that when staying deluxe a 40% discount is a better deal than paying rack rate for the room and getting dining for free. I priced AKL without the code before I called to book and the price was over $600 more. The QSDP for three nights for 1 adult and 1 child wouldn't cost that much, so it's definitely a better deal than the FD.
