Grr... getting into MS difficult today

So we decided to extend our trip by a day, so I called MS and after waiting for 10 mins and finally have someone to answer my call, a fire alarm goes off and she has to hang up! Now I am on hold again for another 10 mins! Very frustrating!

I called this afternoon too and their system was very very slow. The CM kept apologizing for having to put me on hold and come, etc. She was able to take care of most of my ressie but then said the system was giving her problems and asked for my number so she could call me back with the confirmation number once the system was cooperating. I didn't get a call back but I was able to see my ressie on the dvc member website (except for the last night which is what she was having trouble with).

Unfortunately I had to put in a waitlist for my 1 day. It is for my trip in Dec and we were trying to get a Saturday night since Southwest dropped the price of our flight, but only if we flew down on Sat instead of Sunday. I have a backup ressie at Port Orleans Riverside, but would rather use points in a studio if we can. We are now spoiled by DVC rooms!

I think MS is slow these few days because everyone is calling to book the 2010 member cruise. I want to say that opened up yesterday.

Booking for the 2010 Member Cruise doesn't start until November 7, 2009.

I think MS was so busy yesterday due to the ADRs going from 90 days to 180 days.
