Grown up make a wish

Has anyone done a trip using a charity for adults? For me my cancer is back & they are signing me up for a make a wish like trip. Wonder if anyone has experience.

Although I don’t have any experience, I just want to say I came across your thread and wish you a wonderful trip and hope that they do find a cure or at most you find peace. I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis. You will, hopefully, not feel alone, and hopefully will be able to enjoy to magic. Prayers and hugs to you
