Grovers Hotel DTD..

Has anyone every stayed here? I know it's called something else now b/c they renovated it. Just curious

It's now called the Regal Sun Resort (formerly the Grosvenor's). I stayed there when it was the Grosvenor in a tower room and I enjoyed it very much. The hotel had been showing some signs of wear but I think they've spruced it up nicely since the renovations. They were very close to DTD and their bus service was good..although the bus stops at the parks could be far.

Beware that this hotel charges a resort fee and precharges your card for incidentals......if you're using a debit card it'll take a chunk out of your spending cash.

Thank you. I did not know that they would precharge my credit card for incidentals. They did not tell me that..... But we are only staying there overnight. We will be changing to the CSR on Sunday. Do you still think they will charge my card? If so, I will change resorts.

I went to their website and carefully searched terms and conditions. I did not find the precharge for incidentals..maybe they got too much flak for having done it. The only extra charge is $10 resort fee plus tax. Don't cancel your ressies...it's be fine.
