groups on the wonder

Currently I have signed up over 30 people to go with my singles group. We are so excited, we go May 2005....
I was just wondering if any of you have taken groups with you and what did you do...
Did you plan the activities or just let everyone do their own thing? If you have an suggestions I would LOVE to hear them.
