In Photoshop it is easy as pie. If the background of the frame is transparent you will have little gray and white checks (like gingham) all in the area that is transparent. Use the magic wand tool to click into that area and then open the photo you want to put in the frame. Select all with Ctrl A in the picture you want to copy to the frame, then open the frame file back up. Use Edit, Paste Into and it will paste it into the area you selected with the magic wand. Most of the time it will resize it for you when you do that, but if it doesn't use Edit, Transform, scale.

If you mean how do you get your frame into the thread, you need to set up a Photobucket Account, upload your frame, copy the "img' code to the thread submission.

I wanted to let fellow Disers know that if you don't have Photoshop these frames will work with MS Publisher. I gave it a shot tonight and it works fine. Just thought I would share.
