We have PS for 3 character meals. Hollywood & Vine can seat us all at one table but Crystal Palace and Garden Grill cannot, they will seat us 5+5 and 6+4. My question is will the tables be next to each other? We would like the 6 kids to be able to interact with the characters together.

Thanks!

There is no guarantee your tables will be together, though they do try. I would arrive about 10 minutes prior to your PS and let them know you have two tables that you'd like to be seated together and that you are willing to wait. They should accommodate you.

For Crystal Palace, when you check in ask if you can possibly be seated at the booth tables. I've seen people do it and that way they are considered separate "tables" but are seated together. The adults sat in the booth part so they could get pictures and the kids sat in the chairs.

I just made some PS for 12 when we go in Jan. If you made the PS in advance all under the same name they will try to have the tables near each other. Although I would not say its going to be 100%. As someone else pointed out, if you can get there a bit early and nicely inform them of the situation it may help.

We have done large parties Crystal and you can get two tables next to each other but it often depends on how long you are willing to wait for that to occur; in other words they can often seat you quicker if that is not a condition but they will do tables close to each other if you are willing to wait longer.
