Ground transportation from Tampa to WDW?

Need some quick help... does anyone have suggestions for ground transportation to WDW from TPA? Is rental car the best way to go? TIA!

We are in the same situation here as we are flying into Tampa. We got a rental car through Southwest when we booked our flight. $35 for a mid-size, with no charge for drop off at MCO.

I would suggest renting a car in Tampa... We have been very successful in getting really good deals into Tampa and also with rental vehicles. We were just there in March. I got a minivan with Dollar for $169.00/week with a Southwest code. We didn't get charged a drop-off either. Keep looking...
