Headed to the Eastern Caribbean in a few days. I just changed out port to Orlando transportation from rental car to Disney's bus. I was curious if a voucher or ticket is required to get on the bus or if we are just on a list they check when we board the bus.

Thanks!

When we added vouchers at the last minute there wasn't time to receive them in the mail, so we were just on the list.

Oh great topic. I also have ground transportation. I received my packet with the luggage tags. Are the vouchers in that packet? I haven't really looked closely at the content. I still have 22 days to go.

should be in the back of our packet if you booked the ground transportation before it was printed and sent out.

My packet just lists that my entire family has ground transfers from the Contemporary Resort to pOrt on June 23. And ground transfers for the entire family from port to AKV on June 30.
It says to learn where and when to meet your transportation to the terminal...call 18003959374 one day prior to embarkation.

If you booked transfers before your documents were printed, they will be in your document book. If you booked later than that, you are fine as long as you are in DCL's computer. If you booked thru a TA, your TA can send you a receipt to prove that you've paid. Otherwise, if there is an issue, DCL will "research" it. THey will put you on the bus and deal with it later. How do I know? It happened to me. They put my name on a list and said they would bill my stateroom account; I told them I'd already paid. They "researched" it and agreed with me. Otherwise, I would have collected my credit card bill from home and fought it at that point.

You can also purchase transfers at the Welcome Center if you haven't done it in advance; they will bill your account. They don't deal with any money at the Welcome Center.

So I can purchase the transfers at the Disney welcome center at the airport where we would check in? I was told by reservations that I could purchase until 2 days before we sail. Just wondering if I can purchase at airport.

You can purchase thru DCL and have it billed to your credit card in advance up to 2 or 3 days before cruising. After that, you can purchase transfers at the Disney Welcome Center on arrival at MCO. THose transfers will be billed to your onboard account. So yes, you can purchase them at the airport. You can purchase transfers back to MCO at the Guest Services desk on the ship; if you do this, keep your stateroom account receipt in a convenient place when you get off the ship as your KTTW will not be coded to show the transfers. You may need to show the receipt to the CM to get on the bus.

We had a 11:30 am outbound flight that Jetblue changed to 2:30 pm. We don't want to sit around the airport for 3+ hours but also don't want to tow all our luggages with us around Seattle. My question is - if we use DCL transfer, does the bus take you to the airport early regardless of the time of your outbound fight?
