Grosvenor v. Maingate East

We're going on the land/sea cruise in November with our 7 year old twins. We're coming in a day early and staying for 2 days following the cruise (Thurs-Sat). We're trying to choose between the Grosvenor and the Maingate East for our post-cruise hotel. Anyone have any insights that might be helpful? They both seem relatively comparable in price, but I'm wondering if it will be better to continue to stay closer to the MK.
