Groom's/Rehearsal Dinner/Bridal Tea Cakes

I've been looking at the cakes thread on the dining board (which is dangerous, btw!) and thought it would be neat to see pics of cakes that people had for their groom's cake, rehearsal dinner, or bridal tea/luncheon, etc. I know the groom's cake is a Southern tradition (which works out, since we're from the South ), but I've seen them done elsewhere also. I'd love to see pictures of what y'all came up with. I know exactly what I want as far as flavors for my DF but can't come up with anything I love for the design.

Not a WDW Bride, and I don't have a pic I can post, but my DH's grooms cake was the traditional chocolate cake with chocolate icing and we put Dale Earnhart Sr's race car in the middle of it.

That's so cute! Are those truffles in the slipper? They look yummy!

I love hearing about everyone's cakes, and the apple pie idea is great! My DF loves them also and our home reception will have a fall theme, so I'll definitely keep that in mind. Thanks for the idea! Anyone else want to share? I'm curious to see what else Disney can do.

My DH ate them. He said they were "yummy" whatever they were.
