Grocery Stores Near GC

HI All,

I will be travelling back to Disneyland in September for a family holiday for my wife and my 20th anniversary. Last time we were there was 12 years ago (from Australia) before all of the kids were born and we are very excited !!!

we are staying at the resort hotels during our stay and I am interested to know where is the best place to get groceries while I am there to stock up the fridge.

There are a few options for groceries.
Order and have Von's Deliver.
If you have a rental car stop at one of the stores on your way to the hotel
There are a few car service that will make one stop from the airport on your way to the hotel to shop.
The GCH White Water Snack shack carries a few items, milk, cereal, bread....

Vons is Safeway.. there is Target up the road on Harbor.. and Vons is just round the corner from Target.
Along Katella is a large grocery store in a strip Mall.. about 5 mins drive ..

there are also a 7/11 on the corner of Harbor and Katella , and on the other corner a small strip mall, with a subway.. Mexican and some other restaurant type eatery . there is a Wallmart close but Im not sure exactly were.. have a great trip

To the west of the resort, on Katella is a neighborhood walmart that is a grocery store. next to that store is a Food 4 less. both are great grocery stores if your currency is weak. And a dollar store is next to the Walmart also. Also there are fast food options. Katella has a great bus system. Taxi fare will not be expensive, uber better. Walking, 45 mins each way

We were just at the GC and ordered from Vons. They do have liquor if you are interested My last 2 experiences with them has been that they are 10-15 min past their scheduled delivery window, so just be aware of that possibility. They do have decent prices though.

We are staying at the DLH in March. About how much is the taxi fare to the 7/11? How long does it take to get there? Will the taxis wait to take us back?

"Best" is a judgment call. The Walmart Neighborhood Store (just groceries, not a "Walmart") is probably the closest. The Von's is okay as is the Target, but I like the Sprouts straight up Harbor at Orangethorpe.
